Complete Kit to weld-on or bolt-on a 4.5" O.D. Nylon Wire Rope Cable Pulley:
Kit Includes:
1 ea. 4.5" OD x 1" Wide (at hub) x 3/8" ID Bolt Bore - Nylon Wire Rope Cable Pulley w/sealed ball bearings
1 ea. Stamped sheet metal mounting bracket - stamped from 1/8" thick steel sheet metal (Needs deburring and paint finish)
1 ea. 3/8-16 x 2" Allen socket cap screw (Grade 8)
1 ea. 3/8 Lock washer - zinc plated
1 ea. 3/8-16 Regular Lock nut - zinc plated
Pulley is designed to accept up to a 1/4" maximum OD nylon coated cable.  Cable MUST be coated with either nylon or some other polymer to shield the nylon pulley from the bare metal strands of the cable.  While the glass reinforced nylon material is VERY strong, it can be damaged over time if it contacts a bare cable.  Nylon rope or Kevlar sail boat cable may be used with this pulley, no problem.
The bracket may be welded on.  Or, you may drill 1 or more holes into the bottom of bracket for bolting onto your application.  Bracket is unfinished, so it will need painting or powder coating as required.  The stamped bracket is RAW - meaning that the edges are rough mill finish just as they came out of the stamping press, and will need to be filled down to break sharp edges.
Bracket measures 4.375" wide x 5.062" High x 1.250" thick.  The 3/8" bolt hole to mount pulley is 2.813" from the base of the bracket to the center of the hole.  You can make a swivel pulley by drilling a single bolt hole in the center if the base.  Or, 2 holes can be drilled to mount it using 2 bolts.  Or, weld it in place and be done with it.  The half-round bracket profile nicely matches the radius of the pulley for an engineered,  high finished appearance.
These are typically used on high end exercise equipment, but they can be used for many other tasks where power transmission using a cable is needed.
Pulley/Bracket Combo is rated at more than 500 lbs at low RPM (less than 150 RPM)  The higher the RPM, the less the rating.
